Ways to reduce you're carbon intake

To reduce you're carbon intake here are cool household systems you can use to help fight against global warming.

  • Use compact fluorescent light bulbs (also known as energy saving light bulbs). These work up to 10,000 hours. Incandescent light bulbs only work for 1,000 hours or less which means the CFLs will work for up to 8 YEARS!
  • Go Green. Call up you're energy company and switch by doing this it will cost 3$ to 5$ dollars more a month but you can make that up with the energy efficiency savings.
  • Switch your car to green . Go to local restaurant's and ask if you can take they're trash. Go online and look up your towns auto dealer ships and call and ask if they can change your car into a green powered car by making the trash into vegetable oil.
  • Recycle
  • Get you're egg timer out and set it to five minutes and jump in the shower see if you can have only FIVE MINUTES to wash you're whole body before its runs out!
